Pray for Katherine

Not a normal post, I know. But, yesterday around lunch time, one of our dear friends, Katherine Wolf collapsed when an aneurism (AVM) ruptured in her brain. Here is the email that our network of friends immediately sent out:

Surgery just concluded at 6:30am, after 13.5 hours. Chief surgeon was Dr. Neston Gonzalez. Katherine is currently getting a CT scan, results will be evaluated shortly and will determine if additional surgery is needed.

Dr. Gonzalez just communicated that the AVM rupture was in a very aggressive location (base of the cerebella) and that the bleeding that had occurred prior to surgery has possibly caused lingering damage that is to be determined.

It's a really tough time right now. I really don't know what else to say about the situation except I'll add an update when I know it and please pray for Katherine's recovery.
